The Boston Artistry seems made for social media. Its Hingham studio is filled with color and one-of-a-kind projects, from custom sneakers and denim jackets to painted skateboards, sports balls, and murals. Yet even a highly visual business needs a consistent strategy to help the right people discover what makes it special. You can check out all of the magic happening at The Boston Artistry here.
After three months of working with The Marketing House, The Boston Artistry saw significant growth in its social media reach, engagement, and profile activity. The results demonstrate what can happen when a distinctive local brand pairs its creative energy with a purposeful social media plan.
Meet the Artist Behind The Boston Artistry
Nandita Singh Maan, Owner The Boston Artistry
The Boston Artistry was founded by designer Nandita Singh Maan, whose creative career has taken her from international fashion centers to the heart of Hingham.
Before opening the studio, Nandita spent more than a decade designing fashion, footwear, and products for global brands including Reebok and Zara. She studied fashion in Milan and earned a master’s degree in design in the United Kingdom. Those experiences helped shape a philosophy that guides The Boston Artistry today: art can be both meaningful and wearable.
Nandita eventually felt called to build something more personal and community-centered. With a car full of art supplies, she began hosting pop-ups and creative events wherever she could. That one-woman venture grew into a vibrant studio offering workshops and experiences for children, teens, adults, and families.
Guests transform everyday objects into art they can wear, carry, use, or display. The studio also leads collaborative mural projects that turn blank walls into colorful expressions of joy and connection.
Turning a Highly Visual Business Into a Strategic Social Presence
The Boston Artistry already had the ingredients for compelling social content: artistic transformations, joyful reactions, hands-on experiences, and an energetic studio. The opportunity was to turn those moments into a consistent content mix built around specific business goals.
When The Boston Artistry partnered with The Marketing House, its social media priorities included:
Building local brand awareness
Increasing visibility for birthday parties and private events
Promoting workshops and camps
Showcasing its sneaker bar and wearable art experiences
Growing an engaged local community
Encouraging more profile visits, website traffic, inquiries, and bookings
The Marketing House developed a monthly strategy featuring 20 posts across three complementary content formats. Each format served a different purpose within the overall plan.
Why Should a Social Media Plan Include Reels, Static Posts, and Carousels?
Reels helped new audiences discover the studio.
Ten Reels each month highlighted artistic transformations, the creative process, party energy, participant reactions, and fast-paced studio moments.
Static posts strengthened brand recognition.
Four polished posts each month reinforced The Boston Artistry’s visual identity and communicated key messages clearly.
Carousels gave potential customers more information.
Six carousels each month featured workshops, parties, sneaker designs, seasonal offerings, and what guests could expect from the studio experience.
Together, these formats helped The Boston Artistry reach new audiences, reinforce its identity, and give interested followers more reasons to learn about the business.
Three Months of Measurable Social Media Growth
From the April benchmark through the end of July 2026, The Boston Artistry’s Instagram presence showed substantial gains.
Reach Grew More Than Eightfold
The number of Instagram accounts reached within a 30-day period increased from 7,900 to 64,000. That represents an increase of more than 700% and indicates that the content was reaching far beyond the studio’s existing follower base.
Monthly Interactions More Than Doubled
Interactions increased from 632 to 1,500 per month, a gain of approximately 137%. Likes, comments, shares, saves, and other forms of engagement help show that viewers are doing more than simply scrolling past the content.
Profile Visits Nearly Doubled
Monthly Instagram profile visits rose from 959 to 1,900. For a local business, this is a particularly meaningful step in the customer journey. A profile visit signals enough interest to explore the business, review its offerings, or follow a link to learn more.
The Audience Continued to Grow
Instagram followers increased from approximately 13,400 to 14,000, while Facebook followers grew from 703 to 748. Follower growth was only one part of the picture. The sharper increases in reach, interactions, and profile visits show that the content was also becoming more visible and generating more activity.
These results reflect a coordinated strategy that included both organic content and paid social media support.
“Partnering with The Marketing House has given our social media a clear and consistent direction. Their team understands our vision and has transformed it into engaging content that has significantly expanded our visibility and strengthened our connection with the community.”
More Than Just Posting
The Boston Artistry’s growth illustrates an important distinction: consistent posting is only part of successful social media marketing. Strategic social media management is much, much more.
A strong strategy considers what each post should accomplish, which format will communicate the message most effectively, and how the overall content mix supports the goals of the business. For The Boston Artistry, that meant using movement and transformation to attract attention, polished imagery to reinforce the brand, and informative content to help potential customers understand the experience.
It also meant creating a dependable presence. When someone discovers the studio through a Reel, the rest of the profile gives them a fuller picture of the brand, its personality, and the many ways to participate.
Helping Local Brands Get Seen
The Boston Artistry brings creativity to life through experiences that encourage self-expression, sustainability, and community connection. The Marketing House helps ensure that more people can see and understand everything the studio has to offer.
By combining The Boston Artistry’s visual energy with a thoughtful content strategy, the partnership has created a stronger, more active social media presence and a foundation for continued growth.
